Darlington General area	East Central Darlington	Albert Hill - 42 Lucknow

Directions

From North ( Map Green dots):

Leave A1(M) at Junction 59 and take A167 south about 3.5 miles until Morrison's Supermarket (on right).
In 100 yards turn left just past/at signal lights onto Albert Rd. (The corner has an open, grassy plot.)
Follow Albert Rd (becomes Cleveland) about 3/4 miles over Skerne River, uphill, under railway bridge, and make very sharp right onto Allan Street.
Go ahead 100 yds on Allan St., curving left, past Nestfield Club, and turn left into parking lot.
Walk from parking lot to back gate of 42 Lucknow.

From South ( Map Blue dots):

Leave A1(M) at Junction 57 and follow signs about 3 miles to central Darlington as follows:
Follow A66 to roundabout with Reg Vardy autos and turn north onto A167 (Grange Rd).
Follow A167/Grange Rd 3/4 mile north and turn right at roundabout onto Victoria Rd.
Follow Victoria, passing Safeway on right, and turn left at roundabout onto St Cuthbert's Way.
Continue 1/2 mile (passing stone church on left) to Freeman's roundabout and turn 1/2 right onto Haughton Rd (B6279).
Pass Halford & MFI stores on left and take Haughton Rd 3/4 miles over railway bridge to Skoda car dealer on left.
Turn left onto Barton St just before Skoda..
In just 100 yds turn left again onto Allan Street.
On Allan St go 1/4 mile as it curves until the parking lot on the right. (The Nestfield is just past the parking lot.)
Walk from parking lot to back gate of 42 Lucknow.

From West :

Enter Darlington from A66, A67, or A68 and follow directions from North or South as appropriate.

From East: ( Map Red dots)

Take A66 west to Great Burden and continue west through roundabout (don't turn left) on A1150.
Take A1150 1/2 mile to circle and take semi-left onto Haughton Rd.
Continue 1 mile until Skoda car dealer.
Turn right onto Barton St and in just 100 yds turn left again onto Allan Street.
Continue 1/4 mile asAllan Street curves until the parking lot on the right.
Walk from parking lot to back gate of 42 Lucknow.

Parking:

Park in lot on Allen Street.
Walk north toward and to the right of the Nestfield Club
Follow the fences on the right past 5 houses (about 75 yards) to nearly the end of the alley.
Come in at gate with "42". (Our main entrance is officially the back of the house.)

Leave Haughton Road for Barton and then follow curves of Alland to parking lot near Lucknow St.
