We amazed ourselves by rushing through Santorini (Thera) in just 36 hours. On probably the most famous island in the Cyclades (and maybe the third famous in Greece after Crete and Rhodes) we spent the least amount of time.

Why? The answer is simple. Or is it? The main factor was ferry schedules: We arrived on a Thursday and could either leave on Saturday or the following Tuesday. We didn't like the fact that the Saturday departure was at

Cruise ship with 2000 kids. How life has changed. The classic tour: Athens - Mykonos - Pathos - Kudashi (Ephesus) - Rhodes - Crete - Santorini - Athens in just four days. Walk back from Oia and behavior of dogs. Small room, fewer features. On bus and learn the Acrotiri site is closed. Should we believe the ferry will come? Didn't want beach (at Karima), didn't want to shop. Saw the two museums.
