ZTE

In February we agreed with ZTE to start consulting with them by doing a five week survey of their software production centers. We started in Shenzhen and then went to two centers in Shanghai and one in Shenzhen. Each place was visited for three days. On the first morning a talk was given and then separate groups visited each morning or afternoon.
